totally awesome stay!
great options early greeting late checkout luggage service
i arrived early and they greeted me with a room right away. they let me check out late too since my ship boarded at 2pm. they took my luggage from my room straight to the cruise ship!
the elevators gave me some trouble, only two worked when i arrived. i had to wait like forty minutes in the morning! it was super crowded once i got on it, we all squished in.

guest services upgraded my room to a higher floor. it had an ocean view and it was fine. check in was quick and easy, and the staff was always ready to help with a smile.

this location is amazing for cruise passengers. it's next to restaurants, exercise spots, and stores, too. getting here from the airport with their tram was really easy, it makes everything more streamlined.

luggage transport cruise terminal
The location allowed easy access to the cruise terminal. This was convenient. staff collected our luggage from the room and transported it directly to the ship. The service was seamless.
The lighting in the bath make-up area was somewhat dim. This made it slightly difficult to apply make-up.

the ada wheelchair accessible room was excellent it had thoughtful details for accessibility the hotel staff were accommodating i was upgraded to a higher floor with an ocean view it was fine guest services were wonderful overall

ada compliance helpful services detailed attention
The accessible room was very helpful for my needs. I found attention to detail to ensure ADA compliance to be great. Guest services were helpful and I appreciated that. I also enjoyed how accommodating they were .

Uneven experience at pricey hotel
weak shower late housekeeping
The location was very convenient. It was easy to access nearby attractions.
The room felt outdated, which I found disappointing. The shower pressure was quite WEAK and the temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. Housekeeping arrived very late in the day, disrupting our schedule.

Really good ADA Compliant Room
wheelchair accessible nice stay
We had an ADA wheelchair accessible room and I was pleased. The detail they invested to make sure the rooms were ADA compliant was AMAZING!!! It makes traveling with two power chairs less stressful. Guest services were helpful, assuring us of a nice stay.
The lifts clearly cannot cope with the number of guests. We regularly had to wait a long time to use one. This was not convenient.

The hotel is near tourist spots. Cruise ships depart from near the hotel. there are many tour buses for visiting the city, which makes the location convenient for sightseeing and transportation.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with views of the bay. The gym has modern equipment and is very spacious for various workouts. The breakfast includes a lot of options for both hot and cold meals to cater to different tastes.
